Soybeans are trading a little lower Wednesday morning. May Soybeans are trading at 1006 down 6 1/4 cents.
May Soybean oil is trading at 32.85 down 0.12. May Soybean Meal is trading at 331.2 down 1.6. Market talk that there is too much rain in the Sothern Hemisphere is making it's way around and is considered supportive. Chatter about high yields and shift in demand to South America has led to some selling. Soybean spreads were weak early Tuesday. Market talk that some forecasts for Brazil soybean production have been lowered to 92.5 million tonnes versus the USDA estimates of 94.5 million tonnes is making the rounds. The USDA updated Argentina's soybean production to 58 million tonnes versus 56 million. Choppy trading is expected on Wednesday.
