USDA Weekly U.S. beef export sales were 10,000 tonnes versus the average of 21,275 tonnes. The sale pace is down over 12% from last year. Weights are coming in at 882 pounds, down from 889 but up from 870 pounds last year. Market chatter that weather is starting to be a drag on demand is floating around.
