U.S. Dollar Index Higher Thursday

The March U.S. Dollar Index is trading higher late Thursday at 95.02, up 0.29. Forex trading has been choppy and with wide ranges lately. Chatter is making the rounds about the upcoming normal Congressional hearings on monetary policy. Fed Chairwoman Janet Yellen will give testimony in front of the new Congress and answer questions. No date has been set, but a mid-February time frame is most likely.
