Market chatter about the east coast blizzard backing up hogs supplies and impacting demand supported Lean Hog futures on Monday. Cash markets were $1.50 higher in the Morning. February Lean Hogs settled at 70.82.up 1.52. April Lean Hogs settled the sharply higher session at 72.65 up 2.00. June Lean Hogs settled at 82.20 up 2.00. Monday's Hog Slaughter was 435, 500 head versus a year ago at 404,000 head.
