EUR/USD Steady In U.S. Trading

The euro has fallen sharply Friday. The EUR/USD is trading at 1.1236 after a morning rout that began in Europe and Asia overnight. The pair has firmed in U.S. trading, but is still down on the day. The GBP/USD is trading at 1.4994, nearly unchanged from Thursday.
