NY Sugar Futures Higher In Early U.S. Trading

Sugar Futures are higher Monday morning after being weak all day Friday. Sugar ended Friday's session at a new contract low for the March contract. Market chatter continues about oversupply and demand concerns along with worry about the profitability of Brazil's ethanol industry. Some traders believe sugar mills will switch more cane to sugar production. March Sugar is trading 14.25, up 0.08.
