Higher beef prices and the tight cattle supply is supportive on declines. Market talk is floating around that cold weather may affect Live Cattle movement. Many livestock traders are still on holiday and thin markets are expected to persist until after the first of the year. February Live Cattle is trading up 0.57 at $161.15. March Feeder Cattle is up 1.65 at $214.35.
