NY March Coffee Futures Close To Levels Not Seen Since July

March Coffee Futures closed the day at $171.80, down $5.90. Coffee closed at lowest level since July 22 on active overseas harvest and general selling due to industry production estimates for Brazil. In other soft commodities, March Cotton Futures were down slightly to $59.56 in quiet trading. March Sugar Futures ended the session at $14.72, up $1. India sugar production is up from last year's pace and India is looking to give incentives for export. Cocoa was up $4 at $2918 in a quiet pre-holiday week session. March Orange Juice was trading up $1.00 at $148.00.
