Comments from the Fed's Williams on CNBC:
- Sees broad improvement across labor market
- Sees no convincing sign of uptick in wage growth
- Rate hike in middle of 2015 seems reasonable
Williams, perhaps a bit wrongly, is seen as one of the most dovish Fed members and he's now talking about improvements in the labor market and rate hikes. The market is priced for only a 54% chance of a hike in July and if that rises it's great news for the US dollar.
