Invest Diva CEO Kiana Danial discussed recent activity in the GBP/USD currency pair.
Danial indicated that the GBP had gained strength following the UK elections and had been “on an uptrend” despite recent cuts to GDP growth estimates.
Danial added that it was “crossing over all resistance levels” and was approaching the 1.580 level.
The next target for the pair would be the 1.580 to 1.590 level, according to Danial, however, she did not think that it would return to the 1.620 level anytime soon.
