Shares of Assured Guaranty Ltd. (NYSE: AGO) soared on Tuesday, a day after the bond insurer posted a lower Q3 loss.

Assured Guaranty Ltd. (AGO) stock was up by 22.5 at $25.92 by mid-day trades on Tuesday, on a day when very few financials stocks were up in trading.
