China Online Gaming Update (PWRD, NTES, GAME, CYOU, KONG)
Susquehanna Financial Group released an update on Chinese Online Gaming companies today. They have a positive outlook on Perfect World Co. (NASDAQ: PWRD) and said that the company should see mid to high single digit quarter over quarter growth in 1Q. Susquehanna also has a positive view on NetEase.com (NASDAQ: NTES) and said that the major overhang on NTES shares are regulatory issues.
Shanda Games Limited (NASDAQ:GAME) is rated neutral by the investment firm and they expressed some concern about management changes at the company. Susquehanna gave Changyou.com (NASDAQ: CYOU) a positive rating in the gaming update but said that they do not expect strong Q4 earnings. The final company covered in the report was KongZhong Corporation (NASDAQ: KONG) which was also given a positive rating.
