Dana Holding Corporation (NYSE: DAN) increased 7.68% to $10.38 after it reported that Dana Holding is selling its structural product business to a Mexican company.

Darden Restaurants, Inc. (NYSE: DRI) was up 5.47%, after it reported that conditions continue to improve and sales continued to show sequential improvement in December.

CarMax, Inc (NYSE: KMX) increased 3.71% to $22.63 after it reported profits in Q3.

Career Education Corp. (NASDAQ: CECO) declined 6.12% to $21.47 after the US Department of Education reported that it found a serious issue at the company regarding the accreditation of one of its schools.

Carnival Corporation (NYSE: CCL) declined 3.54% to $32.16 as the company gave a weak outlook for the current quarter.
