Stocks That Formed New 52-Week Lows (COWN, EPG, FCAL, DISK, ISIS)

Cowen Group Inc (NASDAQ: COWN) shares broke the old 52-week support of $5.44 to create a new low of $5.37. COWN had merged with Ramius, an alternative investment management firm, on November 2, 2009.

Environmental Power Corporation (NASDAQ: EPG) shares broke their old 52-week old barrier of $0.25 to create a new low of $0.21. Since this morning, EPG’s shares have lost 23.21%.

After breaking their 52-week support level of $2.75, First California Financial Group Inc (NASDAQ: FCAL) shares fell to their new low of $2.54 in pre-market trading today, before shooting up to $2.88 just before the markets opened for the day. After much volatility, the company’s shares have found support at $2.65.

Image Entertainment Inc (NASDAQ: DISK) shares breached the old 52-week support of $0.52 to create a new low of $0.48. After having lost 7.49% since the morning, DISK’s shares are still trying to find ground.

Isis Pharmaceuticals Inc (NASDAQ: ISIS) shares broke their old 52-week old barrier of $9.88 to create a new low of $9.77 just after the markets opened. ISIS’ stock has been trying to regain lost ground and has slowly inched upwards to $9.89, reflecting a loss of 0.90%.
