Apple Inc. Announces Black Friday Sale

Black Friday could be a nice one for Apple lovers this year as the company announced this morning that it will hold a one-day sale the day after Thanksgiving. According to the online ad, Apple will cut prices on its iPod, iPhone and Mac lines and offer free shipping on Black Friday.

But the company, like usual, teased the world with its announcement this morning by not letting us in on how much discounts will be or what specific items will be on sale. From the announcement online, it is also unclear whether the sale is only online or also in stores.

Stock in Apple Inc. (NASDAQ: AAPL) rose this morning 2.52% to $204.85 on strong buying interest throughout technology stocks.
