On a GAAP basis, net loss for the third quarter of 2009 was $2.3 M, or $0.10 per share (basic and diluted). This compares with a net loss of $9.0M, or $0.41 per share (basic and diluted), in the third quarter of 2008, and a net loss of $1.0M, or $0.05 per share (basic and diluted), in the second quarter of 2009.
