GMX Resources Inc. (Nasdaq: GMXR) reported financial and operating results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2009 and updated 2009 through 2011 guidance.
GMXR reported a net loss of $2.8M for the three months ended September 30, 2009 as compared to 2008's third quarter net income of $9.6M. Diluted loss per share for the three months ended September 30, 2009 was $0.19 per share compared to net income of $0.50 per share for the three months ended September 30, 2008
