Net income was $3.7M, or $0.13 per diluted share, for the third quarter of 2009, compared with net income of $4.8M, or $0.17 per diluted share, for the third quarter of 2008.
For the nine months ended September 30, 2009, the Company reported net income of $6.8M, or $0.24 per diluted share, compared to net income of $11.2M, or $0.43 per diluted share, for the comparable period in 2008.
