Cisco Reportedly Close To Creating A Joint Venture With VMware (CSCO, VMW)

Cisco (Nasdaq: CSCO) is reportedly close to creating a joint venture with VMware (NYSE: VMW). EMC (NYSE: EMC) has a large stake in VMware.

The Cisco and VMware announcement could come as early as next week. Both stocks continue to trade down.
