Chunghwa TelecomCo., Ltd. (NYSE: CHT) reported its operating results for the first nine months and third quarter of 2009.
First Nine Months of 2009: -- Total consolidated revenue decreased by 3.0% to NT$147.2B. Total operating costs and expenses decreased by 1.3% to NT$35.9B. Net income totaled NT$10.9B, representing a decrease of 17.9%. Basic earnings per share decreased by 17.9% to NT$1.13
