Delcath Systems, Inc (NASDAQ: DCTH) shares rose 14.48% to $15.02. The volume of DCTH shares traded was 326% higher than normal. Roth Capital initiated coverage of DCTH with a “buy” rating.

Netflix, Inc (NASDAQ: NFLX) shares moved up 9.27% to $108.97. The volume of NFLX shares traded was 267% higher than normal. Citigroup upgraded NFLX from “hold” to “buy.”
