Circuit-board maker Merix Corp (NASDAQ: MERX), of Beaverton, decided to merge with St.Louis based Viasystems Group Inc.( OTC:VSGP)
The merger would create an $840M company with an estimated 13,000 employees worldwide. The merged company's headquarters will be in St. Louis.
