Apple Is Hoping To Have Apps For That (AAPL)

Apple Inc. (NASDAQ: AAPL) has announced that it will begin accepting submissions for iPad specific applications to be included in the iTunes store.

To be ready for the official iPad launch on April 3rd, developers must submit their application for approval by March 27th.

That's not much time for Apple to turn around the submitted applications before the iPad's official launch. Perhaps this is a sign that Apple is working out some of the sticking points in the app approval process. Only time will tell.
