Garmin Ltd. (GRMN) Doubles Dividend, Moving To Switzerland

Garmin Ltd. (Nasdaq: GRMN) announced Wednesday that it will double its annual dividend one time from 75 cents to $1.50.
Garmin Ltd. will pay the dividend on April 30 to shareholders of record as of April 15.
The maker of GPS-enabled products and other electronic devices also announced plans to move its place of incorporation.
The decision to move the place of incorporation from the Cayman Islands to Switzerland, will be put to a vote by shareholders on May 20.
