PetMed Express Inc (NASDAQ: PETS) shares rose 3.67% to $23.18. The volume of PETS shares traded was 217% higher than normal. PETS continued to move up following yesterday’s 7% rise, marking an all-time high.

Techwell Inc (NASDAQ: TWLL) shares moved up 9.03% to $12.31. The volume of TWLL shares traded was 210% higher than normal. TWLL designs, markets and sells mixed signal integrated circuits for security surveillance and automotive infotainment markets across the globe.
