(NYSE: ABK) reported in its Form 8-K that David Trick, Managing Director and Treasurer of Ambac and Ambac Assurance, was appointed Senior Managing Director, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Treasurer of Ambac and Ambac Assurance effective January 6, 2010.
