MGM Mirage (NYSE: MGM) disclosed in a filing to U.S. regulators that it may be sued by the general contractor of its CityCenter project for $492 million.

MGM Mirage and Dubai World are equal partners in the Las Vegas Strip project.

Tutor Perini Corporation (NYSE: TPC) is the lead contractor for the project and has not publicly commented on the possible lawsuit.

MGM Mirage said that it believes that it has legal claims of its own against Tutor Perini Corp. in regards to structural defects at the CityCenter Harmon Hotel tower.
