EQT Corporation (EQT) To Offer 12.5 Million In Common Stock

EQT Corporation (NYSEÑ EQT) said on Tuesday that it intends to offer 12.5 million in common equity.
The oil, and gas company also said that it has raised the capex estimate for 2010 by 41% to $1.2 billion. The company also raised the production sales growth estimate for 2010 from 20% to 26%.
JP Morgan (NYSE: JPM), Credit Suisse (ADR) (NYSE: CS), and Deutsche Bank (NYSE: DB) will underwrite the share offering.
