Time Warner Executive Adler To Leave (TWX)
Time Warner (NYSE: TWX) Executive Vice President Edward Adler will leave the company. Edward Adler, 55, saw Time Warner through its turbulent merger with AOL (NYSE: AOL). He was also at the helm of a public spat with investor Carl Icahn.
Adler started his career as a reporter with Time magazine. His resignation has been accepted by Chairman and Chief Executive Jeff Bewkes. Time Warner (TWX) has not named a successor so far. Adler will continue in his post for a transition period.
