Some of the stocks that may grab the investor focus today are:

Wall Street expects Donaldson (NYSE: DCI) to post its Q4 EPS at $0.63. DCI’s shares gained 2.60% to close at $43.36 on Friday.

Drug maker Sanofi-aventis (NYSE: SNY) has submitted a non-binding proposal to buy Genzyme (NASDAQ: GENZ) for $18.5 billion, representing a 38% premium over GENZ’s closing price on Friday. SNY’s shares moved up 0.48% to $29.06 in pre-market trading, while GENZ’s shares rose 1.17% to close at $67.62 on Friday.

Analysts are expecting Winn-Dixie Stores Inc (NASDAQ: WINN) to have earned $0.15 per shares in the fourth-quarter. WINN’s shares gained 3.89% to $8.28 in after-hours trading.

3Par (NYSE: PAR) will be one of the focused stock as Hewlett-Packard Co (NYSE: HPQ) and Dell (NASDAQ: DELL) continue their bidding over PAR. PAR’s shares lost 0.37% to $32.34 in after-hours trading, while HPQ’s shares rose 0.39% to $38.15 in the after-hours trading session. DELL’s shares moved up 1.20% to $12.03 in after-hours trading.
