Geokinetics Inc (AMEX: GOK) climbed 36.83% to $5.35 at 10:39 am. GOK’s subsidiary has received a contract worth $110 million from Mexico's national oil company.
Gerber Scientific Inc (NYSE: GRB) jumped 23.00% to $6.31. GRB has reported better-than-expected Q1 results, driven by a rise in orders, along with growth in the Asian markets.
Doral Financial Corporation (NYSE: DRL) shares advanced 17.19% to $1.50. DRL’s shares have lost 58.97% over the past 52 weeks, while the S&P 500 index has gained 2.65% in the same period.
Jo-Ann Stores Inc (NYSE: JAS) shares surged 12.93% to $41.58. JAS has raised its projections for the full year after the company posted better-than-expected Q2 results.
