Premier Exhibitions Inc (NASDAQ: PRXI) shares surged 60.34% to $1.86. United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia has issued an opinion to grant salvage award to PRXI for recovery of titanic artifacts.
Dynegy Inc (NYSE: DYN) climbed 59.35% to $4.43. Blackstone Group (NYSE: BX) has agreed to buy DYN in a $4.7 billion deal.
Allis-Chalmers Energy Inc (NYSE: ALY) shares advanced 51.96% to $3.49. Seawell has agreed to acquire ALY for $890 million, or $4.25 per share in cash, valuing the company at 85% premium to its yesterday's closing price.
