Threshold Pharmaceuticals Inc (NASDAQ: THLD) shares advanced 19.80% to $1.21. THLD has announced the results from two preclinical trials for its clinical stage hypoxia-activated prodrug, TH-302, for the treatment of pancreatic cancer.
