Stocks To Watch For June 21 (LUB, SONC, BP, AAPL)

Shares of Luby's (NYSE: LUB) soared around 8% following the announcement made by the cafeteria chain that it has purchased bankrupt Fuddruckers in a cash deal worth $61 million. LUB’s shares jumped 12.27% to close at $4.30 on Friday.
Wall Street expects Sonic (NASDAQ: SONC) to post its Q3 earnings at $0.19 per share after the market closes. SONC’s shares gained 1.18% to close at $9.44 on Friday.
On Friday, BP plc (NYSE: BP) tried to get a loan of $7 billion from seven banks to place $20 billion in an escrow fund. BP’s shares lost 4.25% to $30.41 in pre-market trading.
Shares of Apple (NASDAQ: AAPL) reached $275 on Friday, before falling slightly to $273.61. Shares of AAPL have jumped around 30% so far in the year due to strong demand for its new iPad tablet computer. AAPL’s shares moved up 1.67% to $278.65 in pre-market trading.
