Rewards Network Inc (NASDAQ: DINE) climbed 33.33% to $13.20 by 10:14 am. Equity Group Investments (EGI) has offered to buy all outstanding shares of DINE for $13.50 per share.

Cereplast Inc (NASDAQ: CERP) soared 26.91% to $5.14. CERP expects to ship much more bio-plastic resin in 2010 than it had in 2009.

Fonar Corporation (NASDAQ: FONR) jumped 22.54% to $1.74. While shares of VBFC have lost 42.97% over the past 52 weeks, the S& P 500 has risen 12.69% over the same period.

TTI Team Telecom International Ltd (NASDAQ: TTIL) shares advanced 17.36% to $2.84. Teoco Corp is acquiring TTIL for $58 million to expand its presence worldwide.
