Ryanair Holdings plc (NASDAQ: RYAAY) shares climbed 2.73% to $25.55 by 11:52 am. The volume of RYAAY shares traded was 87% higher than normal. Europe's largest no-frills airline recently announced a 17% jump in its May passenger traffic.
Celgene Corp (NASDAQ: CELG) shares jumped 4.48% to $53.86. The volume of CELG shares traded was 81% higher than normal. Analyst Thomas Wei of Jefferies & Company has upgraded CELG from “hold” to “buy” today on the basis of the stock’s attractive valuation and the Revlimid study receiving positive feedback from physicians.
Randgold Resources (NASDAQ: GOLD) shares rose 1.4% to $87.4. The volume of GOLD shares traded was 72% higher than normal. HSBC Securities initiated coverage of GOLD with an “overweight” rating.
