Sprint 4G Phone Hits the Market (S)

Sprint (NYSE: S) has finally started selling its eagerly awaited 4G phone HTC EVO 4G.

The company declared, “History will be made across the nation as anxious customers get their hands on America’s first 3G/4G wireless phone, HTC EVO 4G, packed with industry-leading features.”

According to TechCrunch, Sprint (S) will be hawking its phone via Sprint.com and Sprint retail stores.

The phone carries a price tag of $199.99 after a $100 mail-in rebate. The phone also carries a two-year service agreement. The company has placed a restriction of a maximum of five phones per customer.
