Mobile payments platform Boku has recently announced receiving a strategic investment from VC firm Andreessen Horowitz. The company has now announced it is launching an in-app mobile billing library for Android.

According to TechCrunch, the platform lets developers monetize any Android app with in-app purchases via carrier billing. It also allows for a one-tap purchase process in more than 60 countries. The users do not even need to create a user name or password. However, there are certain roadblocks. The mobile companies may charge hefty fees for the payment system. Boku had earlier told TechCrunch that different cell phone carriers charge varying fees.
