Rambus Inc (NASDAQ: RMBS) shares rose 4.47% to $25.23. The volume of RMBS shares traded was 136% higher than normal. RMBS, one of the world’s premier technology licensing companies, had announced on Monday that the International Trade Commission (ITC) will complete the investigation regarding NVIDIA Products by May 26.
