Hospitality Properties Trust (NYSE: HPT) declined 2.83% to $18.23 on 323K shares in the morning trading hours after RBC Capital Markets downgraded HPT to Sector Perform from Outperform. The 52 week trading range for HPT is $8.34 - $21.82. So far in 2009, HPT gained over 20%.

SAP AG (ADR) (NYSE: SAP) fell 1.36% to $47.73 on 676K shares after Wedbush Morgan today downgraded SAP AG to Under perform from Neutral. In the last six months, SAP gained 14%.

Yingli Green Energy Hold. Co. Ltd. (ADR) (NYSE: YGE) moved down 4.33% to $13.26 after Broadpoint AmTech Research downgraded YGE to Neutral from Buy. The 52 week trading range for YGE is $3.06 - $16.35.

Interpublic Group of Companies, Inc. (NYSE: IPG) plummeted 3.26% to $6.52 on 874K shares after Argus downgraded Interpublic Group from Buy to Hold. So far in 2009, IPG gained over 64%.

Ciena Corporation (NASDAQ: CIEN) climbed 2.25% to $12.28 on 2.20 million shares. Today Jefferies & Co downgraded Ciena to Under perform from Hold and also reduced its price target from $11 to $9. The 52 week trading range for CIEN is $4.98 - $16.64. So far in 2009, CIEN gained over 80%.

Union Pacific Corporation (NYSE: UNP) declined 2.63% to $64.38 on 816K shares in the morning trading hours after UBS downgraded Union Pacific from Buy to Neutral. In the last six months, UNP is up over 35%.

Alnylam Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: ALNY) decreased 3.34% to $16.38 on 101K shares. Today Roth Capital downgraded ALNY to Hold from Buy and also decreased its price target from $26 to $17. So far in 2009, ALNY decreased by around 33%.

Autoliv Inc. (NYSE: ALV) was today down graded by KeyBanc Capital Markets from Buy to Hold. Currently shares of Autoliv Inc. are trading at $40.20, down 2% on 980K shares in the morning trading hours. The 52 week trading range for ALV is $12.00 - $41.84.
