Will There Be A Rally On Wall Street Today?

The WSJ reports that the US stock Index futures points out to a big rally when it opens for trading on Wednesday. Stronger gains in Europe and a weaker dollar may trigger the possibility of a rally.
Adding mite to the bullishness are Fed Officials' views on Economic Outlook.
The continuation of the stimulus policy seems to go well with the Wall Street. Bullishness was visible elsewhere. In Asian markets, the rally continued for the 4th consecutive day.
The report that growth in Chinese factory output registered a 19 month high, seems to add to the euphoria. Gold is also up – trading above $1115 an ounce. So did crude – it was also trading above $ 79.
