Benzinga’s Top Upgrades (VLO, LM, PNC, LSCC)

Valero Energy Corporation (NYSE: VLO) moved up 3.38% to $20.80 after Barclays upgraded VLO to Overweight.
Legg Mason, Inc. (NYSE: LM) also rallied 5.21% to $32.31 after Credit Suisse raised its rating to Neutral.
PNC Financial Services (NYSE: PNC) climbed 3.77% to $52.56 it was upgraded to Outperformer from Market Performer.
Lattice Semiconductor (NASDAQ: LSCC) increased 5% to $2.25 after Northland Securities Upped its rating from Market Performer to outperformer and raised the price target to $3.25.
