Since June 2012, the major stock indexes have soared sharply higher. Important stock indexes such as the Dow Jones Industrial Average, S&P 500 Index, and the Russell 2000 Index have made new all time highs. The Dow Jones Transportation Index has also climbed to new all time highs, this can be seen in the iShares Dow Jones Transportation ETF IYT. All of these moves to new highs indicate strength in the stock market. So now that we know the stock market is strong; how do we find out when a top is in place?
