today announced that its securities will be suspended from The NASDAQ Capital Market prior to the opening of trading on Friday, December 2, 2011. Beginning with the opening of trading on Friday, December 2, 2011, eDiets' common stock will trade on the OTC Bulletin Board ("OTCBB"). The Company's common stock will continue to trade under the symbol "DIET."
