EMS Technologies Inc (NASDAQ: ELMG) shares rose 32.30% to create a new 52-week high of $32.81. Honeywell International Inc (NYSE: HON) announced its plans to buy EMS Technologies for around $491 million.
Ness Technologies Inc (NASDAQ: NSTC) shares gained 14.22% to create a new 52-week high of $7.63. NSTC agreed to be purchased by an affiliate of Citigroup Inc's (NYSE: C) venture capital arm for $307 million in cash.
Internet Initiative Japan Inc (NASDAQ: IIJI)shares climbed 5.79% to create a new 52-week high of $9.87. IIJI's trailing-twelve-month revenue is $1.03 billion.
Majesco Entertainment Company (NASDAQ: COOL) shares reached $4.39 to create a new 52-week high, before falling to $4.34, representing a 8.50% gain. COOL is scheduled to report its fiscal second-quarter results after the closing bell.
