Benzinga’s Top Upgrades (COG, VZ, PODD, TXN)

Cabot Oil & Gas Corporation (NYSE: COG) moved up 10.10% to $42.20 after J. P. Morgan upgraded COG to overweight from neutral cited the company's results in the Marcellus and Haynesville regions, as well as its above-average production growth. Cabot's third-quarter operating earnings of 38 cents a share topped J.P. Morgan's forecast of 36 cents a share.

Verizon Communications Inc. (NYSE: VZ) also rallied 1.47% to $29.08 after Well Fargo upgrades VZ from Market Performer to Outperformer.

Insulet Corporation (NASDAQ: PODD) climbed 22.50% to $11. Today William Blair upgraded PODD to Outperformer from Market Performer.

Texas Instruments Incorporated (NYSE: TXN) increased 1.56% to $24.07 after FBR Capital upgrades TXN from Market Perform to Outperform with a price target $31.
