LSI (NYSE: LSI) Announces Quarterly Estimates, Stock Rises

LSI Corporation (NYSE: LSI) rose 0.52 points (8.93%) during regular trading today. Prior to today’s trading, LSI announced that it expects to report quarterly numbers in the range of minus 3 cents per share to plus 4 cents per share. LSI also announced anticipated earnings of $620 million to $640 million. According to an article on MarketWatch, LSI Chief Executive Abhi Talwalker stated that “the majority of our revenues are tied to enterprise purchases of servers, data storage and networking infrastructure.”
