NASDAQ Stocks Hitting 52-Week Highs (VTAL, TPCG, CEVA, WIRE)

Vital Images Inc (NASDAQ: VTAL) shares jumped 31.59% to create a new 52-week high of $18.66. Toshiba Medical Systems Co announced its plans to purchase VTAL for $273 million in cash.

TPC Group Inc (NASDAQ: TPCG) shares gained 2.04% to touch a new 52-week high of $39.43. TPCG is scheduled to report its Q1 results on May 12.

CEVA Inc (NASDAQ: CEVA) shares rose 1.44% to create a new 52-week high of $31.94. CEVA reported upbeat Q1 results.

Encore Wire Corporation (NASDAQ: WIRE) shares gained 7.67% to create a new 52-week high of $27.08. WIRE reported its Q1 fully diluted net income at $0.46 per share, compared to a net loss of $0.11 per share, in the year-ago quarter.
