The Wall Street Journal is reporting Wednesday that Verizon Wireless

will begin selling Apple's
AAPL
iPhone in early 2011. Benzinga earlier reported that Apple was in the process of mass-producing CDMA iPhones, which would be compatible with Verizon. Verizon Wireless and Apple were not immediately available for comment on the report. A recent study by Deloitte found that close to half of Apple iPhone users would be interested in switching over to Verizon Wireless from AT&T
