The Select Loser Stocks Today (ORCL, ATT, PBR)

A broad market rally has swept U.S. equity markets Friday, and there are few stocks that are negative on the day. Among the unlucky:

Oracle (NASDAQ: ORCL) is lower by 0.5%, to $26.98, after the company said it is ready to make more acquisitions to improve its technology offering.

AT&T (NYSE: ATT) is down 1%, to $27.04. Verizon Wireless (NYSE: VZ) announced Friday that it was getting rid of unlimited data plans, and rumors persist that the Apple's (NASDAQ: AAPL) iPhone would soon be available on Verizon.

Petroleo Brasileiro SA (NYSE: PBR) is down 1.3%, to $35.11. Petrobras raised $67 billion in the largest share issue ever undertaken, which closed Thursday night.
